I work at the intersection of energy, embodiment, and human design. My work is for the woman ready to rewire her self-concept, reclaim her field, and step fully into who she came here to be.
Everything I teach has been lived. I've moved through patterns of self-abandonment, anxiety, perfectionism, and loss of self — and built my way back to a self that feels like mine. I share the practices that brought me home, devoted to the woman who needs the field, the framework, and the freedom to do it her way.
